Naloxone: opioid overdose prevention program

More than one fatal overdose occurs in Washington every day. More Washingtonians die every year from overdoses than from car crashes. Most drug overdoses involve a prescription medication used with other drugs or alcohol. Most of these deaths can be prevented with fast medical help.

Make an appointment today by emailing rankospharmacy@yahoo.com for your overdose kit, training, support, and resources. We are excited to provide Naloxone to the community and help save lives.

Naloxone is a prescription medicine that reverses an opioid overdose. It cannot be used to get high and it is not addictive. Naloxone is safe and effective. Emergency medical professionals have used it for decades.

Rankos Pharmacy has collaborated with a local physician to provide naloxone overdose prevention kits. The pharmacy consultation and training takes about 30 minutes and includes one-on-one time with your community pharmacist. After the consultation, you will receive a prescription for the kit.
